Natalie Kuchik PharmD, MS, BCSCP
Dr. Natalie Kuchik is a pharmacy thought leader, consultant, and innovator specializing in sterile compounding, regulatory compliance, and high-reliability operational design. She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Policies and Outcomes, board certification in sterile compounding (BCSCP, CPS), and Lean Six Sigma certification—bringing a strong foundation in quality science, performance improvement, and strategic leadership.
Dr. Kuchik has led and developed large, high-performing pharmacy teams across inpatient operations, sterile compounding, and clinical support services. Her leadership is defined by her ability to modernize workflows, elevate quality standards, and drive meaningful organizational change. She has successfully led enterprise-level initiatives, including EMR implementation, IV workflow technology deployment, and cleanroom modernization, along with numerous innovative projects that strengthened patient safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
As an interdisciplinary collaborator and systems-level strategist, Dr. Kuchik has partnered with nursing, medical staff, supply chain, accreditation, and compliance leaders to design and implement sustainable, high-reliability pharmacy processes. Her expertise spans USP <797>/<795>/<800> compliance, medication safety systems, policy development, quality assurance frameworks, accreditation readiness, environmental monitoring strategy, and workflow optimization.
Her achievements have earned her multiple awards for advancing patient safety and driving excellence in pharmacy practice, reflecting her commitment to building safer, more efficient, and more resilient systems of care.

Jacalyn Rogers, PharmD, MS, BCPS, CPEL, FASHP
Dr. Jacalyn Rogers is an accomplished pharmacy executive with extensive experience leading large, complex health-system pharmacy operations. With a career grounded in operational excellence and strategic leadership, Dr. Rogers has developed and executed enterprise-wide pharmacy strategic plans, implemented new clinical and operational programs, and led multiple residency programs — including the creation of the Health-System Pharmacy Administration Residency at University Hospitals. Her leadership has resulted in measurable improvements in patient care, financial performance, and workforce development across diverse care settings.
A Fellow of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (FASHP), Dr. Rogers is also a Certified Pharmacy Executive Leader (CPEL), Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS), and Apexus 340B Advanced Certified Expert (ACE). Dr. Rogers holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from Northeast Ohio Medical University and a Master of Science in Health-System Pharmacy Administration from The Ohio State University, where she also completed a PGY1/PGY2/MS Health-System Pharmacy Administration residency at Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
An active voice in national and state pharmacy leadership, Dr. Rogers has served in elected and appointed roles within ASHP and the Ohio Society of Health-System Pharmacists, including President of OSHP. She is also a respected educator, holding faculty appointments at the University of North Carolina and Northeast Ohio Medical University.
Dr. Rogers brings her expertise in strategy, compliance, and leadership development to help health systems advance pharmacy services, optimize operations, and strengthen their organizational impact.

Victoria Lubarsky, RPh, MBA, BCACP, BCMTMS
Victoria Lubarsky is a healthcare pharmacy strategist and consultant specializing in value-based care and ambulatory pharmacy program development. Drawing on a foundation of clinical innovation and operational rigor, she has led enterprise-wide initiatives that improve patient safety, optimize pharmacy workflows, and generate measurable improvements in both financial and quality performance.
Her leadership includes creating transitions of care services incorporating admission and discharge medication reconciliation workflows, improving patient safety and preventing readmission. Victoria Lubarsky has also advanced value-based care through innovative ambulatory pharmacy models, expanding access via meds-to-beds, telehealth, and post-discharge follow-up programs. She leveraged data-driven strategies to align pharmacy operations with quality goals, improve patient safety and ensuring patient-centered and cost-effective patient care.
Victoria Lubarsky earned her Bachelor of Pharmacy from the Hebrew University School of Pharmacy in Jerusalem and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Derby’s international program, London , UK. As a Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist (BCACP) and Board Certified in Medication Therapy Management (BCMTMS), Victoria brings expertise in population health, ambulatory care and medication management .
In 2025, she was honored as the Ohio Society of Health-System Pharmacists Health-System Pharmacist of the Year. An active advocate for pharmacy advancement, Dr. Lubarsky mentors emerging leaders and partners with health systems to strengthen pharmacy’s role in delivering value-based care.
